Meet Rachel
Rachel Poe is an user experience designer and artist living in Chicago, IL. She received her M.F.A. from the University of Iowa in 2017.
Rachel believes in the powers of play, kindness, inclusivity and community. These traits give her designs a unique sparkle. She loves to work on projects that center lgbtq folks and the arts.
Rachel loves reading and daydreaming. Her favorite genres are romance, fantasy, and sci-fi. She believes story telling is an important part of building empathy.
When she’s not working you can find her with her pet dart frogs, over-watering her house plants, reading, or starting another embroidery project.
Fun Fact! Rachel knows most of the script to Muppet Treasure Island by heart.
